Connect your Klaviyo account
Tap the Connect Klaviyo button and authorize read-only access. Cortex never modifies your account — we only read your flow and event data to run the audit.
Your audit runs automatically
Once connected, Cortex analyzes your email and SMS flows across 15 funnel positions. It checks which flows you have, identifies gaps, measures pass-through rates, and calculates estimated recipients. This takes about 30 seconds.
View your report
Your report has four tabs:
- Email Flow Funnel Gap — See which of the 15 email flow positions are covered vs missing, with per-flow performance metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue per recipient).
- SMS Flow Funnel Gap — Same analysis for your SMS flows.
- Pass-Through Rate — Understand how many people actually enter each flow after filters, smart sending, and consent requirements. Shows estimated recipients on a 13-week and annualized basis.
- Revenue Projections — For every missing flow, see conservative and benchmark revenue estimates based on your event volume, pass-through rates, blended AOV, and conversion rate benchmarks from 100+ brands.
What data does Cortex access?
Cortex requests read-only access to your Klaviyo account. We read your flows, metrics, and event data to run the audit. We never create, modify, or delete anything in your Klaviyo account. OAuth tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time from your Klaviyo account settings.
