Who built this
Cortex is built by 11 Agency, a Klaviyo and email retention agency that's driven $50M+ in email and SMS revenue for over 100 DTC brands across the last five years. We work with brands ranging from seven-figure operators to nine-figure household names.
We built Cortex because the same audit conversation kept happening on every sales call: brand owners asking “am I leaving money on the table with my flows?” and us running the same diagnostic over and over. Cortex is that diagnostic, packaged so any brand can run it themselves.
How the methodology works
Most flow audits look at what flows you have. Cortex looks at what flows you should have, where the gaps are, and what each gap is costing you.
- 15 funnel positions — pre-purchase (browse, add-to-cart, checkout abandonment, etc.) and post-purchase (post-purchase, win-back, VIP, replenishment). We map your existing flows against this framework and surface the missing ones.
- Real pass-through rates— not just “how many people triggered the flow” but how many actually entered after filters, smart sending, and consent requirements.
- Conservative + benchmark revenue projections— for every missing flow, we calculate a revenue range based on your actual event volume, your blended AOV, and conversion-rate benchmarks from the brands we've worked with.
What we don't do
Cortex is read-only. We never modify, create, or delete anything in your Klaviyo account. We don't build flows for you. We don't resell your subscriber data. Once you've seen your audit, what you do with it is up to you — fix the gaps yourself, hand the report to your team, or talk to us about working together.
